RIGHT-SIZED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE
Luggerz® Original Work Pants are made to exactly fit your waist measurement. Because of “vanity sizing,” you might have some confusion regarding your actual waist measurement, so we strongly recommend you measure your waist or your most comfortable pair of pants before you decide what size to order.
WHAT IS VANITY SIZING?
Unlike women’s sizing, men’s pants sizes are supposed to match your waist measurement in inches. Unfortunately, some men’s clothing retailers think they can sell more if they flatter you by putting a smaller size label on larger pants. For example, you might regularly fit in a size 36 pair of jeans when your waist size actually measures 40″.
HOW TO MEASURE YOUR WAIST
Since Luggerz® Original Work Pants are right-sized, you only have to measure your waist and inseam to get the right size. There are two ways you can measure your waist:
- The Classic Tape Measure.
Just wrap a tape measure around your waist. Technically, your waist is at the height of your belly button, but many men wear their pants lower. To get the best fit, measure yourself where you actually wear your pants.
- Measure Your Most Comfortable Pants with a Ruler.
Got a pair of pants that fit like a glove? Button the pants. Lay them on a flat surface and measure across the waist (see below). Multiply this measurement by 2 to get your accurate waist measurement.
MY WAIST MEASUREMENT IS BETWEEN SIZES. WHAT NOW?
Luggerz® Original Work Pants are meant to fit loosely so you can easily bend and move. If you are between sizes, we recommend ordering the next larger size. You can have the waistline altered for a perfect fit—or just wear a belt.
