Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, contact Luggerz® within 30 days from the purchase date for a full refund or exchange.

SHIPPING

Orders processed by 1:00 p.m. PT, Monday–Friday, are usually shipped within two business days. Shipping options are offered for weekday delivery only.

PRICING

All prices are subject to change without prior notification. We are not responsible for misprints or out-of-stock items. 

APPEARANCE

Actual appearance of your Luggerz® Original Work Pants may vary slightly from the photographs on the website.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be made using the same payment method as your original order. Credit card refunds may be made only to the same card used for the original purchase. The charge will appear on the credit card until the returned product is received by Luggerz. Refund will be credited within 15 days after the returned item is received.

TO RETURN MERCHANDISE

Your Luggerz® Original Work Pants must be received by Luggerz before a refund will be given. Please complete the Return or Exchange Merchandise Form and await instructions before returning any merchandise.

Luggerz will not be responsible for lost shipments or products that are damaged due to poor packaging. Remember to keep your tracking number.

RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES

The customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned products; Luggerz will match your shipping method on your replacement or exchange product. 

PRODUCT DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If your product arrived DAMAGED in transit, it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery. Please inform Luggerz of the refusal. If you accept the package, make sure it is noted on the carrier delivery record in order for Luggerz to file a damage claim. Save the merchandise and the original box and packing it arrived in; notify Luggerz immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and pick up of the damaged merchandise.

RETURNED PRODUCT CONDITION

LIKE NEW CONDITION: Each product must be returned 100% complete, including all of its components, along with original packing materials. Worn, soiled or used products are not acceptable to be returned. Luggerz reserves the right to refuse to credit your account and return the product to you, in which case the return shipping will be billed to the same credit card you used to purchase your Luggerz® Original Work Pants.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

All defective product (not related to misuse or abuse) returned within 30 days from purchase will be credited to customer account.
